Cancellation Policy
A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable at all times and is used to reserve your appointment.
You will never receive the deposit back in the form of a refund. The only way the deposit is used is as credit toward your service.
•If you arrive on time and your appointment goes as scheduled, your deposit is applied to your total.
•If you need to cancel and reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
•If you cancel and do not reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.
•If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred.
If a deposit is forfeited, a new 15% deposit is required to book again.
The deposit exists to hold your time. Appointments are blocked for approximately two and a half hours, and last-minute changes are difficult to fill. This policy helps protect that time and keep scheduling fair for everyone.
It is important that clients disclose any medications, recent or upcoming cosmetic procedures (such as Botox or fillers), skin conditions, etc., prior to their appointment. This ensures that the service can be performed safely and that you are a good candidate for permanent makeup at that time. If you are determined to be ineligible on the day of your appointment during your scheduled time, your deposit will be kept as a 15% cancellation fee and will not be applied toward your next appointment.
If your appointment must be rescheduled by the artist due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will always remain on file and will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Studio & Guest Policy
For safety, sanitation, and ease of movement during services, only the client receiving services is permitted in the treatment room.
•Guests, children, and pets are not allowed inside the suite during appointments.
•If you are feeling nervous, you are welcome to bring a support person with you; however, they must remain in the building’s waiting area during your appointment.
•You may step out at any time to speak with your guest if needed.
•This policy helps maintain a calm, sterile environment and allows your artist to work safely and efficiently.
⸻
Arrival & Lateness Policy
•Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment keeping weather and traffic in mind.
•Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit their deposit.
•I completely understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule that day and whether another client is booked after you, I may still be able to accommodate your appointment.
•Each day is different, and I will always do my best to work with you when possible—communication is key, and a heads-up is greatly appreciated.
•Please refer to the personal preparation text sent prior to your appointment, as it includes the exact studio location and detailed arrival instructions at the bottom to avoid any confusion or late arrivals.
⸻
Age Requirement & ID Verification
•All clients must be 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted in the studio.
•A physical copy of your government-issued ID must be brought to your appointment. Photos of the ID will not be accepted.
⸻
Right to Refuse Service
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to follow studio policies, health or safety concerns, or arriving under the influence.
If you’re feeling sick (cough, congestion, etc.), please reschedule — services are performed in close contact with the face. If you are presenting any symptoms at your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and forfeit your deposit.
